Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a student-led organization at Reeds Spring High School.  This club will help members develop skills for life through: character development, creative and critical thinking, interpersonal communication, practical knowledge, and career preparation.

Students must be enrolled in a FACS class or sometime during their high school career in order to become a member. Students also must attend the meetings every second Wednesday of every month during guided study hall in the sponsors room (Kaitlyn Green).

Mrs. Green guides members by giving them the opportunity to participate in events throughout the school year. Some of the events include,  FCCLA Region 10 Fall Meeting at Silver Dollar City, Trunk or Treat, FCCLA Week, Newborns in Need, I Pour Life Service Projects, and Adopt-a-family Christmas. The leaders in the organization also manage multiple fundraisers to help raise money for the union. For instance, Chick-fil-a holds a fundraiser and donates a certain percentage to the organization. FCCLA students also raise money by selling donuts during lunch.

The purpose of this club is to provide opportunities for personal development and preparation for adult life, strengthen the function of the family as the basic unit of society, and to encourage democracy through cooperative action in the home and community.
